Group Dining 20+ Guests - Free Venue Hire

Minimum: 20 guests

Total group consumption must be at least $1,000 AUD (combined)

Each guest can order individually using the QR code system at the table

Each person pays for their own meal and drinks separately

Venue is FREE for up to 4 hours

Includes basic support, grouped tables, and staff service

Please note: meals will be served at different times depending on the kitchen flow
PACKAGE 2
Venue Hire & BYO catering
Guests bring their own food and (non-alcoholic) drinks
Rental Fee:

$120 AUD/hour (minimum 3 hours) OR

$400 AUD for up to 4 hours

Bespoke Catering

We create a food package based on your guest count and budget

DECORATION & CLEANING

Clients may decorate the venue themselves during the agreed rental time.

If you prefer Encanto or a third party to handle decoration and cleanup, additional fees will apply.

Decoration services start at $10 AUD per guest (custom themes available).

A cleaning fee will be charged if the venue is left in poor condition, especially with heavy decoration or waste.

Clients are encouraged to dispose of their own decorations to avoid extra charges.
SECURITY BOND

A $400 AUD refundable bond is required for all bookings.

This bond covers any damage, excessive mess, or misuse of the space.- The bond will be refunded within 72 hours if no issues are found.
